The reception, mail and liaison sub-directorate
Placed under the authority of a Deputy Director, the Reception, Mail and Liaison Sub-Directorate is responsible for:
- Reception, information and orientation of users;
- Receipt, processing and distribution of mail;
- The classification and conservation of signed documents;
- the production, notification of individual acts and breakdown of regulatory acts, as well as all other service documents;
- The relaunch of services for processing files.
It includes:
- The Reception and Orientation Service;
- The Mail and Liaison Service;
- The Recovery Service.
Placed under the authority of a Head of Service, the Reception and Orientation Service is responsible for:
- Reception, information and orientation of users;
- Receiving and sorting files;
- Checking the conformity of files.
It includes:
- The Reception and Orientation Office;
- The Compliance Control Office.
Placed under the authority of a Head of Department, the Mail and Liaison Department is responsible for:
- Registration and coding of physical files;
- Mail ventilation;
- The classification and conservation of signed documents;
- The reproduction of individual acts and all other service documents;
- Notification of signed acts;
- Creating electronic files.
It includes:
- The Inbound Mail Office;
- The Outgoing Mail Office;
- The Reprography Office.
Placed under the authority of a Department Head. the Recovery Service is responsible for:
- Recording of user requests;
- The systematic relaunch of services in the event of non-compliance with the deadlines prescribed for processing files;
- The initiation of the recovery towards other administrations and ministerial departments.
