Article 31.- (1) Placed under the authority of a Unit Head, the Innovation Promotion Unit is responsible for:
- the development and monitoring of the implementation of the Innovative Technologies promotion policy;
- definition of the national invention promotion policy;
- centralization and study of requests for support for innovation;
- liaising with organizations responsible for intellectual property.
It includes, in addition to the Head of Cell, three (03) Study Managers
